4. Early Access Waiting List
By signing up for our waiting list, you have the opportunity to gain early access to our Services. To join the waiting list, you will be required to provide a valid email address and your full name. By providing this information, you agree to receive communication from us regarding the status of your early access, updates about our Services, and other relevant information. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in our emails. Please note that joining the waiting list does not guarantee early access, and access may be granted at our sole discretion. CodePixi does not sell your personal information to third parties, and we only use the collected data for internal purposes.
5. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to any content, data, or information that you submit, post, or otherwise provide through the Services ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Services.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain all ownership rights to any content, data, or information that you submit, post, or otherwise provide through the Services, including any content generated through our CLI and VS Code extension ("User-Generated Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User-Generated Content in connection with the Services.
By submitting User-Generated Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
7. Third-Party AI Source and Tools
The Services may utilise third-party AI sources and provide additional tools, such as the CLI and VS Code extension, to enhance your experience and the functionality of the Services. By using these third-party AI sources and tools, you acknowledge and agree that CodePixi is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or performance of these third-party AI sources and tools, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Please review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party AI sources and tools you may use in connection with the Services, as they may contain additional terms and conditions that apply to your use of those services.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.0 You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Services:
8.1 Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
8.2 Infringing upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights;
8.3 Transmitting any material that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
8.4 Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services;
8.5 Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services, including by introducing viruses or other malicious code.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodePixi, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom to resolve any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
